These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through deurenraambeslag.nl. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights always remain applicable.
1. Seller and contact
The seller is Visual Sense, trading as Dribble Goggles, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 02083875, with its postal address at Gijzelaarslaan 13, 9727 CV Groningen, the Netherlands. For product, delivery, return, or order questions, email info@deurenraambeslag.nl or use our contact form.
2. Products
We aim to describe and display every product accurately. Screen settings may cause small colour differences. Dribble Goggles are training aids and do not replace instruction, supervision, protective equipment, or safe training practices. Follow the product instructions and stop using a product if it is damaged or no longer fits securely.
3. Prices and quantity discounts
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown before you place the order. Where quantity pricing applies, the eligible unit price is calculated in the cart based on the combined qualifying quantity. Promotions and discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may have separate conditions.
4. Ordering and payment
You can review and correct your order before submitting it. After submission, you receive an order acknowledgement. The purchase agreement is accepted when we confirm the order for fulfilment. Available electronic payment methods and their payment providers are shown at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be completed, or there is an obvious pricing or listing error.
5. Delivery and customs
Available destinations, delivery charges, and the selected delivery method are shown at checkout. Any delivery date is an estimate unless we expressly agree to a fixed date. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if a shipment is delayed, damaged, or appears lost. Practical information is available on our Shipping & Returns page.
Orders sent outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and carrier clearance fees. Unless checkout or the shipping confirmation expressly states that these costs are included or that the shipment is Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), the shipment is delivered at place (DAP) and the recipient is responsible for applicable import charges.
6. Returns and right of withdrawal
In addition to mandatory consumer rights, we offer customers a 30-day return period starting on the day after delivery. To request a return, email info@deurenraambeslag.nl with your name, order number, and the products concerned. EU consumers retain their statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason.
After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days and follow the instructions provided. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop, but you may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Unless we agree otherwise or the product is faulty or incorrect, direct return costs are your responsibility.
Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method. Where an EU consumer withdraws the entire order, the refund includes the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered for that order. 7. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect products
Your statutory rights for products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described are not limited by these terms. Contact us with the order number and a clear description, preferably with photographs where useful. Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund and cover reasonable return costs where legally required.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, misuse of a product, failure to follow instructions, or loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual property and privacy
Website text, branding, graphics, photographs, and other content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission unless the law allows it. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Law, disputes, and changes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another country, this choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint directly. You may also use the courts or another dispute route available under applicable law.
We may update these terms for future orders. The version that applied when you placed your order remains applicable to that purchase.
